Check in: from 12:00 midday to midnight. If you would like to check in after these times then please let us know before your arrival.
Check-out: from 08:30 to 11:00 am If you would like to check out earlier please let us know the day before. Late check out, upon arrangement with extra charge
Cancellations
Cancellations up to 15 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications from 13 days to 8 days before the date of arrival 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations & modifications less than 7 days before the date of arrival, no-shows & early leavers – the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposits
In order to secure your reservation at Downtown Hotel Nafplio we will need one of the following: A deposit paid via bank transfer (please ask for our bank details) A valid credit card number together with the cardholder’s name, expiry date and CVC/CVV (your credit card is not charged unless the rate you have chosen is a non-refundable rate. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your card before your arrival.
Payments
Payments can be made in cash, with a debit or credit card before your departure or be prepaid via bank transfer.
Children & Pets
All children over 4 years of age are charged 20€. Please confirm with us at the time of booking
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel for the comfort of all our guests
